8LUG Truck Gear is proud to announce the Black Ops High Flow Air Intake Horn for the 6.7l Cummins!

The Black Ops Stage 2 6.7L Dodge Cummins Intake Horn allows for complete removal of the restrictive factory intake horn. 

This allows you to  accomplish several key tasks. First being the drastic increase in air flow. The Black Ops Horn has near 3 times the internal volume area than the stock equipped intake as well as a near 18 square inch opening compared to the approximate 6.5 square inches that the stock intake offers. Second being the complete removal egr and butterfly components located on the OEM intake. No more need for block off plates or removing gear’s or springs. Simply remove the entire OEM assembly and let your engine breath the way it should.

Our intake is the only intake available that uses all 6 OEM bolts to secure and hold any boost pressures you can push at it. On the inlet end our intake uses a s machined bead roll providing an absolute grip on your intercooler- intake coupler. This has been tested at over 100 lbs of pressure. Also the only stage 2 intake on the market that has properly placed ports for a water/meth system ensuring you get the biggest gains and most even W/M spray you can get.

Black Ops Intake Horn is truly customized to your taste and needs. You have the choice of over 40 different quality powder coat colors, some coatings at a extra cost, your choice of predrilled and tapped 1/8 NPT ports from 0-4. Regardless of your color choice the BOD intake’s first step of color is a sealing primer to further ensure a quality long lasting finish inside and out.

Brass plugs will be included with all ports. Also included is a new gasket and of course the custom Black Ops Logo (Bull Skull) Dipstick bracket powder coated to match your intake Horn.

We have had reported gains of up to 2 MPG while increasing boost pressure’s and decreasing EGT’s.
