Pure Performance 6.0" Triple Threat Long Arm System

8LUG Truck Gear is proud to announce the newly updated 6.0” Triple Threat Long Arm System by Pure Performance!
The Pure Performance 6.0 Inch Triple Threat Long Arm System for the Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 is the best performing coil sprung long arm system on the market. This system is a full featured long arm system with the industry's strongest components and best design by far. The lower control arms are 2" solid alloy steel while the upper control arms are made of 1 5/8" solid alloy steel. The control arms feature a massive 1” shank, 2 ½” head, ½” wall thickness chromoly, rebuild-able spherical joint at the axle that takes up all the twisting found from high demands off-road while at the frame, they utilize the industry’s largest control arm bushing to provide a nice, smooth, quiet, in cab ride quality. The long arms connect to two high clearance bolt in sub-frame cross members made from ¼” thick laser cut steel and are precision welded.
The Pure Performance progressive rate front coil springs provide a great highway ride and perform extremely well when pushed off-road. The steering geometry corrections are perfect and provide a precise – bump steer free operation. The adjustable front track bar is made from 1 1/2 inch solid chromoly steel and will precisely center the front axle and handle the abuse like no other track bar will. The 1” solid billet aluminum sway bar end links not only look great, they feature high quality self lubricating 5/8 chromoly heim joints on each end to stand up to the off-road abuse. The lift in the rear is accomplished by a nice combination of a custom high quality mini spring pack made by Deaver and a billet machined 3 hole aluminum block. A rear stainless steel brake line and u-bolts completes the rear end package.
The Pure Performance 6.0 Triple Threat Long Arm System is the best performing 6.0 inch coil sprung long arm system on the market. It can be easily upgraded to any of our other great long arm systems. All hard parts are backed by our exclusive Abuse Proof Lifetime Warranty.

Mini Pack Notes:
There are several ways to raise the back of your vehicle. A lift block is the most economic way. A high end, full leaf spring pack such as a Deaver Leaf Spring Pack is nice, but is pricey and may not meet the needs of the average truck owner who wants to be able to haul loads as well as play off-road. There is also a standard add a leaf which goes someplace in the OEM leaf spring pack to aid in re-arching the OEM springs, provide some extra load capacity, but will slowly sag out over time and increase the already high spring rate. Here is where the Mini-pack comes in. A properly designed mini-pack works in conjunction with the OEM leaf spring to return the leaf spring to a perfect leaf spring model of what is known as a “constant stress beam”. A mini spring pack such our the custom Pure Performance Pack manufactured by Deaver Spring, provides some lift simply because you are adding some leafs to the bottom of the pack, and the mini pack also properly aids in helping the OEM leaf spring carry loads! But the big thing that it does, is that it properly aids the OEM pack for its intended purpose in such a manor that improves the overall quality of the spring and performance without the harsh adverse effects of a heavy over load spring. Thus, improving ride quality, improving spring life, and improving off-road performance.
