The lower control arms made from 2" solid alloy steel, upper control arms made of 1 5/8" solid alloy steel. The control arms feature a massive 1” shank, 2 ½” head, ½” wall thickness chromoly, rebuild-able spherical joint at the axle that takes up all the twisting found from high demands off-road while at the frame, they utilize the industry’s largest control arm bushing to provide a nice, smooth, quiet, in cab ride quality.
The long arms connect to two high clearance bolt in sub-frame cross members made from ¼” thick laser cut steel and are precision welded. The arms themselves are moved inboard of the frame to provide as much tire sweep clearance as possible. *Recommend welding of the supplied crush sleeves inside the frame prior to bolting in the long arm mounts.
