BOD Injector Nozzles use advanced surface finishing solutions, by removing rough cast surfaces that restrict horsepower efficiency of racing/performance components. By enlarging and uniformly polishing fluid passages, flow velocity is maximized.

No other diesel performance parts can put the Horse Power and Torque to the ground like BOD Injector Nozzles. While putting the torque to the ground BOD nozzles also improve fuel economy by maximizing spray efficiency, gains of 1 MPG have been seen. Perfectly safe HP add-on that can be run on a stock DPF/EGR equipped truck.

EGT's tend to be mildly higher actually helping the DPF to stay and burn cleaner decreasing the frequency of needed REGEN's.

Available Nozzle sizes: 50, 90, 120, 160 and 200 HP ratings.

50HP nozzles can be run on a stock fuel system, 90hp Nozzles can be run on stock system but would see benefit from additional Air flow Upgrades as well as Fuel Delivery System upgrades. 120 hp Nozzles will need Fuel and Air Mods to perform correctly.
