Industrial Injection Silver 64 03-07 5.9

The Silver 64 is our latest effort to achieve perfection. Much like the Super PhatShaft 64 it was designed to handle multiple fueling upgrades and comes equipped with an extended tip 64mm compressor wheel. Another identifying characteristic of the Silver 64 is the polished compressor housing. Our Silver series turbos come with the 74mm exhaust wheel. The Silver 64 uses a 14 cm exhaust housing in which we modify the angle of the exhaust nozzle to maximize the wastegate ports and enlarge the wastegate chamber for full wastegate travel. Like all PhatShaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved high performance bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. The Sliver 64 can support up to 700hp. The 64 is a drop in replacement however, a HX40 downpipe is required for installation if you wish to install the large flange turbo in to a 03-04 (305 hp) truck. 

Notes:

Turbo comes with all install components; however, a Boost Fooler is needed if truck is a 2004.5 or newer.(available below)
 

Comes ready to mount to the stock exhaust elbow and is a drop in replacement.

The HX40 downpipe and clamp are required for installation of the large flange version on 03-04 trucks(305 hp).(available below)
