Pure Performance Ford Fabricated Steel Lift Block Package
8LUG Truck Gear is proud to announce the Fabricated Lift Blocks from Pure Performance Suspension!
These rear lift blocks from Pure Performance Suspension are available in either 4.5" or 6" height for the rear of your 2005-2012 Ford Super Duty truck. They are fabricated from 1/4" plate steel and powdercoated in black.
They are unique in the fact that they allow you to use either the center hole or the 1" offset hole in the block to reposition your axle 1" forward for additional tire clearance at the rear of the wheelwell. Ford positioned the axle center pin a bit to the rear and the addition of taller lift blocks and/or add-a-leafs can increase this. To use the offset feature you will also need to select the offset top plate as listed above. This new plate is fabricated out of 5/16" steel and slotted to allow for the repositioned block.
The 4.5" blocks are not tapered whereas the 6" blocks are tapered.
For the 2011+ trucks this package requires the purchase of the new plates and this will convert your truck over to the round style ubolts and will postion the ubolt hardware back to the top of the leaf like Ford has done on the 2005-2010 trucks.

How muck lift will these give my truck?
That will depend on the height of the block that Ford supplied on your vehicle. F250's generally have 2" blocks from the factory whereas F350's usually have 3 5/8" blocks. The 4.5" blocks are great for F250's when you are adding a 2-3" lift up front or for 4" lifts when combined with a mini pack. The 6" blocks work great with 4" lifts and the factory leafs or for 6" lifts when combined with a min pack.
